Broker of Record of 15 real estate offices with 400+ Sales Representatives and Brokers located throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Founded Terrequity Realty Inc. and started as a one-man office in 1990. Created the Terrequity Team Building and the Terrequity Managing Broker Academy educational programs for experienced real estate representatives.

With over 25 years of real estate experience including sales, management and coaching, Trish has an approach to sales and training that that gives equal weight to client care, research and market knowledge, creative marketing techniques, peer relationships and negotiation strategies. She is equally comfortable delivering both hard and soft skill training in a variety of formats including webinar and teleseminar, classroom environment, casual in-office shared experience sessions and of course, “roll up your sleeves” one on one mentoring. It was during her tenure as managing broker for the corporately owned RLP Brokerage that she formalized her interest in adult education, pursuing her own learning path studying instructional design with a focus on developing course curriculum suitable for digital delivery.

Cara is the communication life line of my business. She supports all aspects of the buying and selling transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement. Cara books all showing appointments, verifies contract details and coordinates all bookings and showings.
